About Us

Natrad Port Macquarie was established in 1984 by Phil and Narelle Anderson, and Kempsey followed in 1993.

Phil and Narelle have over 60 years of combined experience in heating and cooling, and they continue to lead their team to show the same dedication to quality workmanship, attention to detail, and customer service as they do.

We have won multiple state awards, Port Macquarie in 2012, and Kempsey in 2003, and the MTA regional award for Female Bussinesswoman of the Year.
